Frequently asked questions

+ We do not have a price per unit, can’t you just provide a quote?

As we design bespoke packaging that fits your brand and market position, letting us know your maximum price point up front allows us to save everyone’s time by advising what is and isn’t possible.

+ What’s a good quantity to start getting good price breaks?

As with most things, the more you order, the lower the unit price. We recommend a minimum of 2,000 units to start looking at price breaks that may be near what you have in mind.

+ How do we get started?

Once you have advised a budget, you need to send in your product along with a brief for us to begin the structure design of your packaging. Structural Design includes an unprinted prototype for you to test and approve.

+ Can you help with Artwork?

Absolutely! Our vast amount of technical knowledge and experience means that we can produce artwork to the highest of standards. If you don’t already have a graphic designer, we can assist with design layout too.

+ Do you have a minimum order quantity?

As we have been producing printed prototypes for over 15 years, we don’t stipulate a MOQ. Whether it’s a one off or a short run of 20, our printed prototypes are of the highest quality and closely resembles the final production pack. Printed prototypes usually take approx 7 working days.

+ Is your production based in the UK?

All of our production is UK based, ensuring British standard quality with short lead-times and reduced carbon footprint.

+ How quickly can we have our packaging?

Depending on style and quantity, our production is typically turned around in as little as 2 weeks from sign off of the final artwork.

+ Can you help us source bottles/tubs/dispensers/jars?

We would not be able to assist with sourcing and producing primary packaging as our expertise is in secondary packaging and subsequent services (see below).

+ What other services do you offer that could help us?

All of our services are bespoke and include Concept Dessign, Structural Design, Graphic Design, Artwork, Printed Prototypes, Photography, and Manufacturing.

+ Do you offer payment terms?

Once we have an established relationship we may be able to discuss payment terms. Until then all invoices are to be via pro forma.
