How we work

As a full-service packaging agency, we’re a one-stop-shop that offers more than just production – we offer design, sampling, printed prototypes, branding, graphic design, print-ready artwork, small to large-run production, and fulfilment services.

Unlike many manufacturers, our familiarity and expertise with the whole design-to-production process means that we can step in at any stage to help, and we have partnerships and contacts in place to offer production services for all kinds of packaging. We manage small to large-sized production runs, so we can scale up from the launch of new products to global sales.

We believe in supporting the local economy, and we like to work closely with all our suppliers (we don’t outsource to the far east), many are local to us and all of them are based in the UK. We can offer very competitive rates and excellent lead times.

We cover all print methods, manufacturing methods and print finishes. So we can produce just about any type of packaging with any type of finish. Your overall budget will determine the finishes achievable, and we can consult on which print finishes could work for you best based on variable quantities for improved price breaks.

SHORT RUN PRODUCTION

Not only can we look after your production for the large run packaging, but because we produce printed prototypes, we also have the capability to look after your short run production too. Short run production is best suited when profit is not the goal, but getting your product in front of influencers or decision makers is. Perfect for launching a new product into the market, or simply showing stakeholders packaging before committing to a full print run.

Hybrid BOX packaging PRODUCTION

Our hybrid packaging has been developed as an alternative to traditional paper over board rigid boxes. They have the same solid build quality and premium look and feel as rigid boxes, but our hybrids are fully recyclable, vegan, environmentally friendly, much quicker to produce, easier to line up design patterns, and have a much lower carbon footprint too. Perfectly suited for premium print finishes and sliding drawer mechanics.

Rigid box PACKAGING production

Paper over board rigid boxes is what we are used to seeing when it comes to premium luxury packaging, and are still a viable option for many brands. However, as they are typically mass-produced in China and sold through resellers, and with many brands looking to reduce their carbon footprint, and/or to meet with their brand’s vegan accreditation (animal glues in the paper over board gluing process), UK production with hybrid packaging solutions is the perfect answer.

Folding box Board / carton board packaging production

This type of packaging is great if you are on a tight budget, as it can be a very cost-effective, but at the same time you can still have thick card with all the premium print finishes you might want. You're not limited to a standard box either, our structural engineers can come up with original creative designs in all shapes and sizes, available on a range of different quality boards and premium quality deep dyed stocks.

Corrugate box PACKAGING PRODUCTION

There's been a huge rise in the use of corrugates recently, with E-commerce having a huge part to play (and we're not just talking about brown box outer cases). We're now using corrugates for luxury premium packaging in both retail and online sales, and trying to replace traditional foam or plastic fitments with corrugate alternatives wherever we can. Corrugate is strong, rigid, can be laminated with different materials, and can be designed to form into beautiful structures.
