We’ve listened to customers and brands and endeavoured to strive forward and design ethical packaging solutions that are plastic-free, truly vegan (no animal derivatives), and that help reduce their carbon footprint.
Completely vegan
Unlike traditional rigid boxes that use animal based glues and inks, VECO₂ does not use any glue whatsoever, and we choose to use vegetable based inks, making it completely vegan and cruelty free.
Eco-friendly
No glues, foams, plastics, or chemical plates go near our VECO₂. They’re all made from FSC certified recyclable materials, with vegan friendly inks, and produced in the UK, making them completely recyclable and sustainable.
Super fast lead-times
VECO₂ also offer the benefits of just two week lead-times (if supplied flat). The cost saving of being assembled is passed directly on to you, allowing you to assemble the boxes at the same time as your co-packing.
Reduced CO₂
Designed to be shipped flat, and produced here in the UK, VECO₂ rigid boxes offer big savings on haulage costs, will minimise storage space requirements, and help to reduce your carbon footprint.

From deep-dyed luxury materials to embossing and foils
We have a vast range of luxury deep-dyed materials at our disposal, ready to test and sample, and have good working relationships with major paper mills as well as specialist suppliers.
We can recommend what would work well on your packaging and can advise the impact of adding different finishes to your overall costs and lead-time, so together we can choose the best finishes. We can specify recyclable luxury packaging made from FSC recycled materials, to better communicate your environmental credentials.
The VECO2 samples below are made with Notpla Seaweed Paper. This paper is made from seaweed by-product, utilising an industrial waste stream to reduce pressure on earth’s resources.
PREMIUM INSERTS
Our premium card fitments are available for prototypes and production in a variety of textures, thicknesses and colours. Each insert will be designed to fit your product perfectly, and offer an elegant presentation, a secure fit and easy accessibility.
Contrasting coloured corrugated card fitments offer an attractive and strong solution for high design, low impact products.
We can also design and supply flocked vacuum-formed inserts, premium foam fitments and plastic-free void fill options if desired.

We aren’t just producers of packaging - our team is comprised of packaging designers who understand that precise colours and attention to detail really matter, and we carry through our standards from design through to production - which is why our boxes are made in the UK.
When you make an initial enquiry with us, you will discuss your project with a production expert, who can advise on realistic timescales and budgeting expectations before you begin.
Once the scope is confirmed you’ll discuss your project with one of our designers, who will oversee your project from initial designs right through to production. We love working face to face but we can stay in touch through email, video conferencing and good old fashioned phone calls, so you’ll always be in the loop.
Short run & one-off boxes
Production quality VECO₂® rigid boxes
Our in-house studio workshop is perfect for producing one-off or small batches of production quality packaging. Perfectly suited for influencers, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
We use the materials that we would specify for production, and offer colour matching alongside premium print finishes including embossing, foiling, lamination, spot gloss and metallics.
Printed prototyping can also be applied to bottles, tubes, cans and tins.
Large scale production
UK production
Our packaging is manufactured in the UK with our long-established suppliers. We don’t source packaging from the far east in order to maintain full control over each and every project. If any issues do arise, we can react quickly to prevent any potential delays, ensuring we hit the agreed delivery date.
Packing and fulfilment
Hybrid and rigid boxes often require hand finishing and packing. We can either work with you and your current supply chain, or we can take care of everything for you. We have a range of contacts for assembly, packing and fulfilment, complete with food-safe accreditation.
